Actions for this year based on NSS results with some repeated from from last year:

  1. Ensure year 2 cohorts moving into year 3, receive a positive induction, including outlining where the following areas have been completed:

Whilst organisation of our courses has improved it is still the weakest areas for the faculty

  1. Outline for the students a organisation of the programme including assessment schedules and when assessment feedback is taking place

  2. Where work has been completed or is ongoing on the learning community & student voice development:

• Sign post our Mental well-being services and students union where possible, and student study support through LET

• Work with timetable team to make timetables as student centred as possible and group allocation is accurate from week 1 and how the new semesters are managed.

• Promote teaching observations with staff and promote this to students that this is being completed, so they are aware teaching and learning quality is always being developed.
